01. ABOUT
Ius Florence & Partners, Ltd. is a legal services firm providing professional support to individuals and businesses. As a newly established company, they approached me to develop a cohesive brand identity and design a modern website that clearly communicates their expertise, professionalism, and credibility. The project focused on creating a strong visual identity and a user-friendly website that reflects the firm’s values while strengthening its online presence and brand recognition.
02. BRAND IDENTITY
When developing the visual identity for Ius Florence, I drew inspiration from the brand name and its underlying concept, which references the Florentine Renaissance of the 15th century. The design approach reflects the period’s emphasis on balance, sophistication, and intellectual heritage, translating these qualities into a modern visual identity that reinforces the firm’s professionalism and timeless character.
I designed the logo using floral motifs inspired by Renaissance architecture, combined with the concept of justice, which is subtly represented through the paragraph symbol. This visual approach connects the historical inspiration of the brand with the legal profession in a refined and meaningful way. For the primary brand color, I selected violet—a tone traditionally associated with sophistication, wisdom, and sound judgment. This choice reinforces the firm’s core values and supports a distinctive, elegant visual identity that reflects professionalism and trust.
03. WEBSITE DESIGN
After completing the visual identity for Ius Florence, the next step was the design and development of a clean, straightforward website that would effectively present the firm’s services and strengthen its online presence.
Knowing that the website would include a significant amount of textual content, I chose a minimalist layout that prioritizes clarity and readability while using imagery in a subtle and purposeful way. The website was designed to be fully responsive, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
04. DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
I designed and developed the Ius Florence website with a fully responsive layout, ensuring optimal performance across all devices. The result is a seamless, modern digital experience that allows users to easily access information and navigate the firm’s services.
I incorporated subtle animations throughout the website to add a sense of dynamism and visual interest to the otherwise structured and content-focused layout. The website clearly presents information about the firm’s background, expertise, and services, ensuring users can easily understand the company and its offerings.
